All the people here who are bashing weed, have you actually tried it more than just once or ever? I never had flashbacks. Stop listening to what the D.A.R.E program.

Smoking weed worse than alcohol? Never in a day. Funny how most of the people who are against the drug know nothing about it.

To the point. His freedom of speech in my eyes were violated because he wasnt provoking the use of the drug or acting upon it. Therefore nothing was illegal.

ya i used to smoke weed,

ive not smoked in quite some time (being as im now property of the usaf) , and i can tell you, marijuana does cloud your mental abilities and inhibit decision making... now of course its different for everyone, but everyone i know (quite a few people) who have since quit smoking all agree you feel better, generally happier, "feel" smarter not the drawn out "duhhhh" feeling smoking gives you, and improved reaction times...

plus the fact its simply illegal and most jobs now-a-days drug test except for some blue collar jobs
