Then what I really love is FatRyan saying, I dont care what you think or anybody thinks. Humm was it you that started the thread, yep it was. Was it you having to argue every point you trying to make vailid, yep it was. Was it you who wants to argue just to argue, yep it was. So please STFU!

Seems to me that people have tried to give you a lot of advice but all you do is say, nope that is wrong, nope that is impossible. No, no, no! I mean what is your deal dude?

Maybe, just maybe Snova will ban you and you can come back with a better attitude. I doubt it will help, but we could all hope.

 
Wow i cant believe this thread is still going lol. I got tired of arguing like 6 pages ago. This thread should have been closed already, nobody is talking about anything useful that pertains to bb, fitness, health or anything constructive.

i had pimples in my teen years and will prolly be fat by the time i'm your age since your metabolism slows as you age:crap:

 
This is getting to be an angry thread... Wait, too late.

Just throwing in my .02 cents on juicing. Before i joined the marines i was prepping to enter a competition. I took some questionable. stuff that worked better than anything i could imagine. Way better. Strength jumped, muscle size REALLY jumped, and vascularity jumped too. Anyway i got off it to pass a piss test and it was like someone popped a bubble in me, literally. My arms shrunk from 18 in. around to 16 in a month. I start shedding muscle like it was going out of style. Now i have abnormally high cholesterol. And a low metabolism to fight with.

I don't fault anyone for taking juice. Its a way to take themselves to the next level. Because at some point, with natural training, you hit a wall. (I doubt anyone reading this has that issue)

And just out of curiousity.. When people say taking steroids is cheating.. I ask them where they draw the line? What makes steroids cheating and creatine okay? What the federal gov thinks? How do you determine what supplements are okay, and which one's arent?

By how well they work?

You hit the nail on the head. He is a complete noob with little-to-none knowledge on Bodybuilding, Powerlifting or just lifting weights in general. He made a thread asking for BODBUILDERS opinions, and when a actual BODYBUILDER replied, he says he is full of shit. Every single thing I say is wrong, including my own personal background. He is a big *** Oger that is weaker than many females I have trained. He has been "seriously" lifting for 1 year LOL. That tells me he is too much of a puss to stick with it. He claims his legs are big, from the picture from his myspace, his legs are tiny as hell! LOL! They have no muscle, and all fat on them! I have never claimed to be a "pro"... whatever that is. But I've been there, done that for many years. I've studied every book and took every class there is about exercise physiology, kinesiology and muscle mechanics. I also have tons and tons of real-world hands on experience and have competed in many PL and BB meets and shows. And this weak *** joker, with his 1 year of bench press and curls, and his zero book knowledge or hands on experience thinks he knows everything. Stick to car audio kid.

 
Alright guys i go to the gym 3 times a week to stay in shape, im no big body builder, i weigh 160. I have hit a wall in my bench, what other main lifts can i do which would help my bench get up? I have no real workout plan so i think i will talk to a trainer here in the upcoming weeks. But like what would help, military presses, 45 degree bench, idk.
