i went to have a protein shake 12 pages ago and surprise surprise its a plate stack bashing thread....who woulda though....im gonna post up some pics tonight...ill show you like 8 months of work....just for shits

 
lmao...Im currently on creatine, and i take nitrotech protien. Im doing the LL Cool J workout its accually really good.
I'm not a fan on Nitrotech, when your supply runs out you should look into Optimum Nutritions Gold protein. And if you want to really boost your workout.. Get off the creatine and get on some semi-legal stuff. lol.

 
i know what your thinkin. about how so many dont work out legs then they look retarded with a big upper body and scrawny legs. but i intentionally didnt start my legs right away cause they already really big. i wanted to catch my upper body up to match my lower before i started legs.
You need to do some cardio before you think about juicing. If you think that yu have hit a plateau after your first year of lifting, then you know nothing about the sport. If you think that juicing gains will last when you are so far overweight, then you are hopeless.

I have been around guys who have juiced for vanity, for shows, and for power. I have never done it, but more power to those who have. I'l be content to be able to bench, squat, and dealdlift more than twice my bodyweight. I'll be happy with my ability to still wrestle competetively at age 30, to lift daily, and to still train for a triathalon while remaining strong enough to use my body weight for my WARM UP sets on all 3 power moves.

I love it how someone who has to cheat just to bench-press half of their weight, and who knows so little about the human body and its response to strength training that he avoids legs to avoid them looking bulky, yet you want to fight with everything that is said in here.

Platestacker, I think if I were you I'd be really worried about this guy- he clearly knows about all aspects of strength training.

 
um, because BB's know the same things as strength trainers when it comes to muscle. strength trainers just dont worry about cutting as much. i wasnt trying to be politcally correct or whatever
Now you are just making yourself look foolish. I have been a CUT 140- >2% bodyfat (during wrestling), and I have been in strength training for years...the 2 CAN be linked, but in general the 2 could not be more different.

At 5'5" and 148.5 benching 300, then 152.5 pushing 315, I was pretty strong for my height. I was also benching my bodyweight 37 times.

I am still normally the smallest guy in the weightroom. That keeps me pushing. Working in with a guy who weighs 1.5 times what you weigh is pretty motivating.

I used to get well into the 400's and almost 500 on the bench, but that was a while ago and I was a pretty big dood back then. I am still big, well smaller than I was in HS, but I have had a lot of injuries and what not so stoped lifting. I am currently 5-10 270 and can barely do 300 once. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Sucks to be old and out of shape. I am working my way back up though, just hoping my back dont give out.

 
How much water you guys drinking while working out? I've been sticking with about a gallon a day, but today I was about 1 1/2 and I can't stop pis sing. My pee is also white, wonder if I over did the water? Did really good tonight though decline 230 for sets of 8 reps. 105 dumbbells for full sets of 10. Only did 225 on regular bench, but I was TIRED at that point.
