Bobybuilders: Come hither

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about? If anything stunt my growing it would be my family tree! I may not be that tall, but that isnt due to me lifting, lol!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
ok well ill save you the embarassment by telling you right now that it is proven fact, and anyone in the industry will tell you the same. go ahead and look for yourself.

(and i dont mean google it. get a real source like a fitness book)

You to? yeah its funny, cause theres guys at the gym on campus who are no lie like 180lbs and are ripped but not like jacked outta their mind. and theyre puttin up like 285 bench! ha ha, yeah thats natural. my buddys a personal trainer their too and he said hes seen guys come in and put up like 135, then a year later be puttin up 250 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif
people have a warped idea of what steroids do.
The hardest part about building muscle is the dietary portion... limiting simple carbs to keep insuline levels down (to prevent bodyfat gains), eating enough protein, spacing one's meals out properly, establishing exactly how much one must eat to maximize lean mass gain and minimize bodyfat gain... etc...

going into the gym and messing yourself up on weighted chins, bent over barbell rows, t-bar rows, ez-bar curls and preachers is easy.

anyways... in 12 months i went from 137ish to 178lbs @ 7% bodyfat. i'm more of a puller than a pusher... my bench wasn't super duper impressive (90lb db's... around 225ish for reps on a bar), but my weighted chinups were insane...

i was doing bodyweight + 135lbs for 5 or 6 reps at the time.

i subsequently got sick for a while and lost a sh!t ton of muscle but... its easier to build muscle than you think when you're doing the right things... no 'roids required.

its all about consistency, knowing your body, and doing what it wants you to do.

You don't see me endorsing M1T... I like to call it poison with anabolic side effects. As for waste of money... well it will put some weight on you, that is true, but I tend to agree with the waste since most folks lose it all and that stuff is harsh as hell on the body!
It seemed that you were not aware of the steroidal nature of M1T since you stated that it is bad for me to compare M1T to steroids. If you do know that, good for you, glad to hear it... most folks are very uneducated about that.

Of course... to say that you know everything there is to know about it... I would say that is a stretch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Enough knowledge not to be stupid about it? I would believe that.
I've tried M1-T twice and 1-AD once. I have also tried 4 different cycles of juice. I am as advanced as your gonna get with as much knowledge as possible when it comes to Powerlifting/Bodybuilding. So I'm not some average kid that doesen't know what he's doing. The M1-t and 1-AD was a total waste of money, giving me no real gains. Its all in your head. They average Joe hears that it is a steriod and all of a sudden thinks he is so much stronger and bigger, that is why some people think they work. Nothing compares to real gear, nothing you can ever order legally online or from a store. Period.

So your saying I stunt my growth because I lifted at such a young age? Is that what you are saying? I could never prove it being my whole family is short for the most part. Tallest one in my family is 6-3 and thats it or so I know anyway. I really think it would be a genetic thing rather than me lifting at such a young age, but no point in arguing with a r-tard. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

yep, I just started creatine last week, hopefully see some big gains. started lifting last year, was at 135, now at 170, started my max bench at about 135, now at about 210 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

creatine isn't really a "big gains" kind of thing...
it'll give you a lil extra strength, but nothing too substantial... you'll retain a lil more water, which temporarily and artificially increases the size of muscle cells, which results in a marginal, but proportional increase in strength...

Agreed. I know a lot of people who have tried it.

They look a little bigger, but don't get a lot stronger.

True for the most part...
Nobody can say that Superdrol isn't real gear... which is why you can't exactly buy it in a GNC anymore //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I dunno fellaz........I weighed about 130 lbs when I was taking the M1T tablets about three times a day. I started out benching about 135 (Definitely wasn't my MAX), and over a period of 6 months, I found myself maxing out at 230lbs. I still didn't gain any weight from the pills though, and I didn't notice any sides effects, except my loss of appetite. I wish I would have continued without the pills, but I got discouraged since I didn't gain any weight, and stopped taking em. Just keep in mind fellaz, drugs have different effects on each user, so to sit here and say that something is a waste of time and money is a bit obsurd. It's five years later, and I wish I could press 230lbs.

im thinkin your diet and PCT werent right for your M1T cycle cause ive only ever heard that stuff gives massive gains. and i KNOW superdrol does. i put 50lbs on my bench in 4 weeks and kept it all to this day...

i know your having trouble understanding this. let me try again. heavy strength training before being fully developed stunts growth. that doesnt mean that you wont get big from lifting at that age, nor does it mean that it will happen to everyone. and the age at which a person is fully developed varies from person to person. maybe u didnt stunt your height cause your family is midgets, but its not just about height. perhaps you stunted muscle growth. maybe you could have been bigger than you are now. i dont know, i dont know you, or anything about you. i just know its not a good idea to start heavy lifting at 10 or 13 or whatever unless your one of the rare few who is already a monster at that age and really has no chance of growing anymore.

after you exercise your appetite increases too, man afer readin this whole thread i'm gonna get back to lifting weights again, i took a month off, ate whatever i wanted, lost alot of muscle now i'm skinny as a string bean since i lost so much body fat and now i have to put the fat back on, btw is maintaining muscle metabolic? cuz with me it just melts off really easy if i don't eat enough.

Are you saying because you have used real steroids that you are more knowledgable? Or that you actually studied the compounds and know how they work?

What did you use out of curiosity?

Personally, I refuse to do roids. You'll never gain the same naturally once you take them, plus I am too young (20) to be doing that to myself. I'd rather take natural products(not some shitty Trib) that help you gain mass but may take a bit longer.

Although I am buying some SD to sell to some friends who still want it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :)
