Bobybuilders: Come hither

ive taken a ton of supplements but for right now im taking what everyone should be taking that wants to gain some lean mass and put up some weight...no need for roids or pro hormones until youve done a cycle like this for quite some time

im taking:

ADAM mutivitamin

ON whey protein

BCCA powder

Green Magnitude creatine

some fish oils

Animal pump for energy and a nice pump during my workout

..and finally diet...i eat all day, 6-8 meals, high in protein, a few protein shakes a day, creatine at night and while im working out....

if your eating like a botomless pit and not gaining weight ur not eating enough...im intaking almost 400 grams of protein a day...2 gallons of water etc

I'm gonna try and eat more i guess. Hows that green mag working out for ya? I've been on it for a while, can't stand the taste anymore.

you just stated my whole point in one word ^^^. you have no time at 16, your only ****ing 16! how long could you have possibly been working out for. thats my whole point
If you have read any of my posts in here, which you do, but dont seem to read the whole post or something, I said I started at 13, which if my math is correct is 3 years to 16. Now that would be called that word you bolded "TIME" and plenty of it. So again WTF are you talking about. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif

I'm not even going to read through this thread, but considering how you used to look, I must ask: did you cut down a lot, or are you bulking on fat? If the latter, you're just wasting your time.

Either way, if you're worried about size, some stupid prohormones aren't the answer. It's all about your diet. If you're eating like everyone else and still trying to get huge, just quit before you destroy something in your body.

First starting out, check out creatine. Its pretty common and is a good way to help increase mass and strength quickly.

The only mildly beneficial form of creatine is CEE, but being that it is nearly undrinkable due to it's taste, I don't recommend that. The most beneficial supplement is protein powder. Get some good optimum nutrition whey and go to town. There is no need for creatine.

Absolutely worthless. Your body cannot use that much protein daily. You should shoot for a gram per pound of body weight or a little higher...not 2x that. That extra protein is just going to turn into fat. How many calories are you taking in?

Not necessarily true, different factors will come into play regarding the absorption and digestion rate of protein as well as what kind of protein, and when it is consumed so it is not set i stone. Especially whey protein, you are more likely to excrete it than to "store it as fat".

So you're saying tens of thousands of people use creatine because their is no benefit of it.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Protein > creatine thought if your diet sucks. If you have a good/great diet, creatine will help you. You are thinking towards people that don't diet correctly, but even then taking a protein shake once a day if your diet sucks isn't going to do that much for you. Also, the only beneficial form or creatine is CEE is bs, everybodies body responds differently to the different types of creatine. Also, creatine also comes in pill form if you didn't know, and tastes of CEE depend on the product. Cellmass is creatine esthyl ester malate, is a great product, and it is EASILY downable. It can't touch some of the other shit tasting creatines on the market.

I know 6+ 15-16 year olds benching 300+ i went from 130 to 245 in my bench in one school year, but the 245 was a one rep max. Thats over a 100 pound improvement so why is is so hard to believe a 16 year old doing 300

And i second the fact of it being dedication, i took varsity sports during the school year, so basically it was 40 min. form running, 2 mile run, and 35 min lift every day in school

We had a guy that benched close to 400 in highschool. He was only 17 years old too. But I beat him everytime with my bench of only 340 or so. Why is that? Because the fat *** weighed 360 pounds and I weighed 155. Double HIS bodyweight would crush him, he was the weak one.
