The only "drug" I've ever done is creatine, and thats just helping to replace something your body runs out of very easily if you are very active.

thats pretty unbelieveable to be putting up 300 at 16 with no roids/prohoromones/test boosters/or any real suppliments

 
Well, I never actually got past 275 when I was 16... the 315 came years later.

My genetics ****, and being 6'7" doesn't help. It seems like I have alot farther to push the weights up than someone a foot shorter.

 
I think genitics have alot to do with things.
ha! well i got some **** good genetics and i couldnt do near that at 16. im a natuarally big guy, im 6'4 280lbs and i carry it very well. and i can do so without even working out. strength gains come pretty quickly to me when i lift, but i just dont see how 275 is possible at 16 (even though my friends 16 year old brother supposedly puts up 300). it just doesnt make any sense cause youd have to be lifting for years. and you cant be lifting at like 10...youd destroy your body

Yea, this thread is really giving me some inspiration 2 get back into the gym. Even though i really havent been gone all that long.

What are some non-steriod suppliments that you guys use?

 
It didn't come easy at all doing 275 at 16. That was a goal I set one year, and worked like hell to achieve it. I am very careful with what back things I do cause I've had back problems already, and at both of my jobs, moving pianos, and sorting packages, I use my back alot. I've hardly done any squating ever.

Creatine, and amino acids are the only thing I use. My goal in the next few months is to break past 315 for bench and 170 for curls.

well u can cycle 6-oxo, but its still not that great for u. it is legal though. i take daily vitamins, flax and fish oils, protein shakes, NO xplode, and cellmass

well im not saying your a liar, but u gotta admit it sounds like BS. prolly the only reason i might think its possible is cause i have seen my friends 16 year old brother and hes a ****ing giant. he is absolutely enormous
 
Well, working out was about the only thing I did at that age, that and go to school. Nothing wrong with being a logical skeptic:). To bad I didn't have a video camera or something back then... too bad I don't have one now.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Anyways, near the middle of last year, I was able to put 310 up twice, so I'm hoping to be able to do about 320-330 shortly.
