Where do you get most of you supplements ryan?superdrol and phera-plex are "pro-horomones" or "designer steroids" by anabolic xtreme. they were recently banned because they literally are steroids

The only "drug" I've ever done is creatine, and thats just helping to replace something your body runs out of very easily if you are very active.
Wow, 6'7.......It must really **** for you to squat or deadlift....how do you manage doing that?Well, I never actually got past 275 when I was 16... the 315 came years later.
My genetics ****, and being 6'7" doesn't help. It seems like I have alot farther to push the weights up than someone a foot shorter.
ha! well i got some **** good genetics and i couldnt do near that at 16. im a natuarally big guy, im 6'4 280lbs and i carry it very well. and i can do so without even working out. strength gains come pretty quickly to me when i lift, but i just dont see how 275 is possible at 16 (even though my friends 16 year old brother supposedly puts up 300). it just doesnt make any sense cause youd have to be lifting for years. and you cant be lifting at like 10...youd destroy your bodyI think genitics have alot to do with things.

well im not saying your a liar, but u gotta admit it sounds like BS. prolly the only reason i might think its possible is cause i have seen my friends 16 year old brother and hes a ****ing giant. he is absolutely enormousIt didn't come easy at all doing 275 at 16. That was a goal I set one year, and worked like hell to achieve it. I am very careful with what back things I do cause I've had back problems already, and at both of my jobs, moving pianos, and sorting packages, I use my back alot. I've hardly done any squating ever.
Creatine, and amino acids are the only thing I use. My goal in the next few months is to break past 315 for bench and 170 for curls.
