Some kid comes into one of my classes like everyday, probably 40 person class and he is always barkin outloud on his stupid earpiece and wears it all class period. It has a constant flashing blue light like every 10 seconds and he sits in the front.

I have one mainly because my car is a manual so it's tough to talk and drive, but I hardly use it. Was just kind of annoying and I could never get the volume/reception perfect...I'd never even consider wearing it anywhere but in my car...
