Blowthrough in extended cab Silverado. Sealed vs 4th order.

sealed has various advantages and disadavantages. you can look it up on google and find a huge list of reasons why people want bandpass or sealed over the

how about a massive t-line box?

1. They are very hard to get right.2. depending on the ratio bandwidth can ****

3. Huge
Fare enough. But if it was me on this build. I'd go with the band pass or the one with the Memphis. I'd stay away from the sealed, but that's just me. I'm trying to convince the lady to take out here 4 sealed Kenwoods and put in 2 12" SA Sundowns in a proper box. But that of course would need to be bought.

I'd try the Bandpass in this build. From what it sounds like the guy isn't worried about bed space being used. Plenty of programs out there to help with tuning. You could probably find a already worked out drawing with tuning and math. Why not give it a shot? worse thing that happens is it doesn't work and you do the best you can to make a sealed box out of recycling the wood from the Bandpass box.
