Have used those exact ones in my car. Have also used them in builds for other people when it's 10:00 PM and they want their amp installed now, so we went to Walmart and bought an amp kit.

No noise issues.

They're cheap RCA's. Not a whole lot to them. Just don't run them along power wires, obviously
