Blown set of rca's on eclipse 8053

So the positive outputs on my eclipse are blown...well they're noisy and they pop when connected. I want to run balanced to a BLA but I don't think I can because of this problem. The negatives are fine.

Could it be a bad resistor or maybe even a blown fuse?
