dont know what's wrong with it, when it is powered up you hear a relay click and it does not turn on. power off and you hear the relay click again. don't see anything burnt. best offer gets it, payment via paypal. it will cost about 12-15 bucks to ship it via ground shipping so consider that please. aamajette@yahoo.com, thanks!
