Blown 15 RE SEXXX ?? HELP !! HELP !! HELP !!

I have a RE SEXXX for about 4 months now and the original owner before me had it for probably 4 months or so too. And yesterday I was bumping some music while washing the car, for about say a good 45 minutes more or less. And after i finished the wash i turned off the volume to hear my sub like hissing and like still bumping a little a very low thump every once in a while. And it still does that with the radio off and all that so what is up with the sub ? Is it blown ? I can still play bump music but i can hear the hiss or the static and random thumps in between beats. THIS IS KILLING ME HELP PLEASE !

Does the sub smell burnt? If not then I dont think it is blown. It could b that one of your VC (voice coil's) is probably on it's way out. But if your sub's are still doing that with your radio off it could definitly be your amp that's acting up. IMO your sub is fine but your amp is the culprit here.

Well I guess I have a question then, how does this guy own an 8 month old SeXXX? They stopped making them longer than 8 months ago (hence me checking the date on the post last night).
