My first problem is that i didn't realize when bridging an amp the subs have to be ran in series, i just tied the positives and negatives together and ran it to my amp. Where the real problem happened was when i had lost power to my subs and tried diagnosing it, i thought i'd blown my subs, so i tried connecting one to a regular speaker to see if it moved any. When doing this, i didn't realize i had power and ground from the sub going to the amp, then when i tied it in to the other speakers, i had power and ground from the CD player. My regular speaker went nuts and my sub looked like it was about to turn itself inside out, wired things back up right and my subs sounded goofy.
I messed around with the RCAs until i discovered that the right side of my amp is dead. I took off the cover to feel the MOSFETs for heat, four of the large ones on the same side got warm, the small ones i didn't notice heat from. On the other side the small ones again had no heat and the large ones didn't either.
