blew my l5 help me decided on next sub

hey i had a 12l5 with a kicker kx400.1 powering it and it blew

Iam looking for another sub with sq in mind. The car is an Acura Integra Hatchback.

I would like either a 12 or 10 inch sub that plays loud but still has tight bass and sq

ported i.m.o. I got two 15's in a crex and had a crummy sealed box. Now i got a ported and i can feel the diffrence. Ported ftw.

whats ur budget? and r u gonna be using the same amp?

my budget is pretty much up in the air im willing to pay for a quality sub.

i wont use the same amp unless the sub i get will support that amp.

I was looking around the forums for sq/sql subs and got a few names

1.diamond d9

2. si mags

3.idmax

4.idq

any ideas on these subs or reccomend any others?
