I haven't posted here in a while but here's my story.
I was cranking that Celph titled "so Cold" song today louder than I've ever heard when all of a sudden the volume cuts in half. Shit. Got home took out subs and tested each voice coil and one of them doesn't work. My setup was:
2 12"RE SE d4
custom 4 ft^3 tuned at around 33hz
Sundown SAZ 1000d @ 1ohm.
Basically what are my options for fixing this thing? Is it worth it to find a new motor? Can I have a local repair guy fix something like this?
Just give me info.
Thanks
Fred
