can you help?

If yes please do.
again, you can just run fuseless if you're willing to risk it...at minimum you can just keep ur gains down, I'm running fuseless on a hifonics bxi2607 right now but I'm running it at 8 ohms (~450 watts) so I'm not really too worried about it drawing too much current. If it shorts though its ****ed.

That's why I'll rather wait.........it still sucks to be without music.

Doesn't the amp have fuses on it?

That's the whole point of a fuse on your power line. It's not to protect your equipment (unless your amp doesn't have on-board fusing, which isn't often). It's to protect your life if the wire gets grounded and starts sparking and starting a fire. Could be a nice fireball if you're in an accident and a fuel line/tank is pierced and your sparking on your power wire. And no amplifier should ever draw more power than the wire can handle that you are using. If it does, you're using a wire too small.

What size wire are you running for your power and your ground? Providing you're wired right, 1000RMS shouldn't cause a 100A fuse to pop. You could have a weak ground in the trunk or wire too small which is causing the amplifier to pull more amperage than it should to get the power it wants and it's taking you over the 100 ampere fuse limit.

I am running 4GA Kicker wire. The ground wire from the amp to the frame is at least 3'. I will double check the wiring before I put a new fuse in though.

No it doesn't in my case, even better reason I should be fusing no matter what, but I'm taking that chance till I get a fuse

I'm aware of that, and I'm aware of all of the inherent risks of running fuseless...its a risk, its not a 'YOUR GOING TO DIE NO MATTER WHAT IF YOU DONT HAVE A FUSE'.

And WTF at the dude telling him to run fuseless!
Again, its not like most people plan on getting into car crashes every day...and it is very unlikely that he will get into a serious one within the couple days he has to wait for a fuse...

And on top of it, I stated first and foremost, I'd be more concerned with why I blew the fuse in the first place if I was him.

pep boys also carrys them and are open on sundays
No pep boys store here, thx though.

if you cant find a fuse go to autozone they sell circuit breaker in the fuse area
Going there. Thanks.

The fuse did not blow while playing, it blew when I connected the battery negative back on the terminal. There were sparks and then a pop...
