y'all making me want to Ditch my 2 SX 15's and go BTL 18 i have an expedition so space is no issue!!!

id stick with the sx's.

more efficient, and are similarly spl based. not as much as the btl, but close. it would be a downgrade in the spl department IMO.

ok but what if i did 2 BTL 18's LMAO which i don't have the monet and electrical to do lmao my box is going to be about 8 cubes tuned to 32 htz each sub will be seeing 1100 to 1200 rms

stick with the sx's. thats not nearly enough power for the btl IME, yet will push the sx's very nicely.

Oh i was gonna get more power i can get massive 3000.1's at a nice price. that might be my next set up next year bit i am gonna do more electrical upgrades B4 i buy anything. but either 05 XXX 18's or Fully loaded BTL 18's Daily option. im thinking ahead for next year

.s are your best friend

your gonna need more than 8cubes for 2 18s BTLs..... They will laugh at your face for 1000rms

Im gonna fold the seats down and make a bigger box with the port back because port up isn't as good as I thought it would be.

They're gone now but I had 2 18" FI BTL in 12^3 net @ 34hz. 148 sq. in. of port

I don't have any pics of the build or of the amps mounted w/ seats folded up.
