You could also see in that last pic the Tiger Hair added to the sides and top to make it alittle more strong so I can pull the molding material over it.

 
Grab some of my molding carpet and glue it.

Got it all stretch around and then staple the front of it into the rabbit groove around the front baffle.

trim the front.

That took a bit of time to start to cure up since it was a cooler day today. I even added extra MEKP.

 

So once that was 1/2 way to being cured, I flipped it and sanded down the Everglass with a Roloc and 36 grit.

Then test fit it since Justin came by.

And wouldn't you know it..........it still fits.

I will be smoothing out the top of it some more, and that is it.

The owner of it will carpet it in factory stuff so it blends in. He lives in PA.
