hey fish, (no need to make a whole thread) what is the easiest way to "sink" the woofers like that?? It always seems easy in my head, but then again it doesn't. Do you just get 2 identical pieces of wood and measure to the exact spot on each and just draw different size circles?? Only way I can think to do it, but even being a tiny bit off will screw it all up. Thanks.

Yea you got it. Identical panels except, cut one panel to the mounting diameter of the sub, and the other to the overall diameter.
