LOL ponies. its slow as hell! i had one as my first truck an 85 4x4 so slow up big grades. but ill start working on it tomorrow. drop the engine on sunday. maybe get my big 3 with the 2/0 done also and ill get plenty of pics!

who did the work? are the bags on lower bars? pics of lower bars? i wouldnt buy a truck with that much work done to it. not safe IMO. cant tell much about the work by the pics, but good luck and hope u know what you got yourself in for...............................move that gas tank quick.

bro, for those fender wells, fit your front fenders on, then get some trailor fenders to fit your size need, tack them up and get to welding. no since in having all those corners imo.

in NO WAY am i bashing your work, as i havent looked through the full thread, but just some tips to make it a little easier.

good luck fitting anything but 2500's up front man. u need to redo the front install so it doesnt lift so angled. the rear looks alright, but i would grind ur brackets down and reweld for safety reasons, those welds dont look to good..

ok heres the scoop my friend who is in are truck club had this truck. it was basicly a little to no budget project. he had all the parts already and wasnt about to put a whole lot of money into the truck. so he bagged and body droped it (conventional style) now he is selling all of his cars to buy a 61 lincoln continental and a street bike. so he told me about the truck and i came over to check it out. it ahs a lot of potential just needs a little money put into it. i basicly took it just for the body drop. and because a 87 nissan is worth more than $600 stock.

My plans are to redo the frame from the cab back. the whole bag setup will be redone. again i only bought the truck for its potential i will be doing all of the work to the truck with the help of my friends. i removed the radiator support so it would be easier to drop the motor to the ****** crossmember tomorrow. and when my friend tubed the firewall he just used the ctock inner fenders. i am cutting them out and going to pick up some trailer fenders so i can re tub the firewall and redo the inner fenders completely. I know what i am doing i have done work like this before i have all the tools and enough help from my club

oh and also i can weld a lot better than my friend can so all the welds will be a lot cleaner when i am done
