good it is a great alarm and remote start! bad: goes threw remote batterys about once a month, and the remote start distance makes you lazy so you start the car all the time and waste gas.

the only complaints that i ever had about that alarm was that there is no way to protect the buttons from being accidently pressed, and with the range it offers you never know if you are starting the car, popping the trunk, rolling the windows down, etc etc ...
