Call the police on both of them. If you can't scrounge up $150 in 6 weeks to ship back someone else's property, you probably shouldn't be blowing money on car audio.

still doesn't excuse him from doing something illegal. he has no relatives or credit cards? how is he managing to survive without $150? imo it sounds like he got screwed over by lloyd because he left the subs in his possesion, and now he doesn't wanna fork over $150

yes i offered to send the subs back, and then i got screwed out of 700 dollars so that destroyed my disposable income... when the subs were sent it was loyd who was to pay to have them shipped back, not me, so yes i am stuck here with these subs. and no im not gonna borrow money off my parents to send back 3 broken subs, and one 15 dollar one. I'm sorry not gonna happen. HE is the one who said he offered to take money out of his own pocket to get them back not me... look at the post i quoted before.

Im about sick of this 12" test session crap. I lost about half my tools, my garage was left a mess, it took me and my g/f 2 weeks to clean it up. I wont have anything else like this at my house thats a fact.

like i said, if i were him i'd get the police involved but that is me. especially with your attitude about it. guess people just don't take responsibility these days?

Aren't you the one who said you live at home? Do you have a job? How could you work, live at home, and not scrounge up $150?

Don't forget to post in his feedback thread in his signature that he is holding your subs hostage......

im done with the ignorance in this thread. Its not MY mess its between him and loyd.. ill be attempting to contact loyd to drop the subs off with him. Im done with the whole mess. Its between toby and loyd now...

How does Hix owe the guy anything? The test agreement was between lloyd and the participants, not Hix and the participants.

From my understanding, Hix was trying to be nice and then it fell though. What obligation does he have to the guy? He didn't make the deal, lloyd did.

it is your problem because you are in possesion of the subs. it's your responsibility to get them back to the owner. if it was originally lloyd's, then you get the $150 from lloyd.
