I will have lots of pics and stuff. Got my 1/0 gauge ring terminals from a welding supply shop for $2 a piece, and got some 24k gold plated battery connectors at autozone. I have pics later.
I just read in another forum where people buy ground kits and it helps with the performance of their car. Its just the same as the big 3 but comes with like 2 or 3 more wires so that other wires in the car. They said it makes the car start easier, drive smoother, better accel, and better fuel economy. so im guessin instead of the big 3 it would be like the "big 5 or 6" or somethin. haha. but yea...it sounds interesting. Anyone on this board have any experience with ground kits?
A friend of mine did it on his volvo and it made a difference. My car is wasy too undertuned to make a difference on. As long as the grounding kit attaches next to the ecu there should be some gain.
may i ask what a person would ground in the engine to do this mod? i figure my car is quite old, and anything that would help to keep it running better will help. (and i have some extra wire :lol
