Big question on POWA and wiring!!!

Got a question since I don't know this seems like a good place to ask. When running, for example 2 runs of power and 2 of ground, how would you connect both runs to the amp? you wouldn't unless you got dual inputs on the amp. If you have multiple runs usually you would have a battery in the back...the runs connect the 2 batteries. Then just run the wires off the back battery to the amp

So do you guys recommend me to get rid of that second battery or no? I would need to buy a new battery and 30+ more feet of 1/0.

If i keep what i have now do i need to add more 1/0 anyway?

So if i had say this in the back and a xs 3100 up front

would the two car length runs of 1/0 positive and runs of negitive from the front battery attach to the two input holes in the buss bars of this back battery? Since there are another two holes in the buss bars, would i connect my dual input amplifier to the two empty holes in the bars? also with the dual ground inputs of the amplifier connecting to the two ground inputs in the buss bar?

**** that's weird....I have a d3100 up front and a d1200 in the back with the same exact buss bars
