big *** problemm...

dude.. dmm.. and when the amp "cuts out" what does the amp do? turn off go into protect? tell you to **** its dick?
no it dosent do anything thats why its so weird...it doesnt go into protect and its not hot.....

Turn your system back on. Take a DMM and test the outputs on your amp. The speaker terminals. Set it on AC and see If there is any voltage. Turn the volume up and down and see what it does. If no voltage is present on the amp. Then your amp is fried in some way.
Did you rewire the box and amp speaker wires. And How do you know the coils are fine???
Did you do all of what I said to do.

Sense no one will tell you, set the DMM to OHMS to test the impedance of the coils.

To further rule out the amp, hook up different speakers and keep it at low volumes.

Test the voltages at the amps +/- and at the battery and note the difference.
