Well I graduate in about a month with a bachelors in construction management after 5 years. I've worked around construction since I could really. But I have never been lucky enough for an internship. And I haven't gotten any full time offers yet, but tomorrow I have an interview with this company in Michigan that called me and is coming to meet me.
To say the least I'm nervous as I just want a full time job when school ends, and that this company is actually in my state is great too. What do you guys recommend to do during the interview, tips? BTW I have a 3.25 gpa, 30 hour osha certification, other certfications, a letter of reccomendation, and I'm bringing an estimate I just got done doing that I was the head estimator on with about 200 hours to complete it. I know they want great communication, but what else? My program is well known, so what does the employer really want to know?
