Big interview tomorrow!

Well I graduate in about a month with a bachelors in construction management after 5 years. I've worked around construction since I could really. But I have never been lucky enough for an internship. And I haven't gotten any full time offers yet, but tomorrow I have an interview with this company in Michigan that called me and is coming to meet me.

To say the least I'm nervous as I just want a full time job when school ends, and that this company is actually in my state is great too. What do you guys recommend to do during the interview, tips? BTW I have a 3.25 gpa, 30 hour osha certification, other certfications, a letter of reccomendation, and I'm bringing an estimate I just got done doing that I was the head estimator on with about 200 hours to complete it. I know they want great communication, but what else? My program is well known, so what does the employer really want to know?

when they say at the end, do you have any questions? dont just say no, have some prepared. if you dont it makes you look like you dont care. also do a search of the company what its doing now, then bring it up in the interview. especially if they are doing anything within the community, companies love that PR ****.

when they ask "what is your greatest weakness" respond with, procrastination - probably cause i do so well under stressful environments.

Come up with a huge list of questions they may ask you and answers for them. Employeers like to see that you are quick on your feet.
good idea, I'll make a list of some questions. and get those tweets?lol it's ok I'm in no hurry, busy here as well

confused about that answer?

But ,my weakness would be trusting others answers, I'm the type of person that likes to be involved and check everything. What about that?

and what do you guys think about telling more close personal things, liike for example my father passed away 7 years ago and how it changed me, and my opinions on things? also tell them more things about me?

thanks guys

If I had a heated garage I would have been done. Ive been real busy with school. Last 3 weeks left of my first semester at the University.
no biggie, I haven't had any luck finally another set, and I totally understand, I'm swamped with school and talking with companies
