You'll need about 8-10 feet of wire- 4 guage or larger ($1.50 per foot).

A 200-300 amp fuse ($6).

A bunch of ring terminals ($6).

And a (optional) new set of battery terminals ($2 - $24).

And the usual, d*amn good crimpers, wire strippers / cutters, and some free time.

EDIT:

For crimpers, I used a huge pair (>2 foot handles) of bolt cutters, they do the job, you just have to be careful. I also didn't do alternator to battery positive, since I have no fuse yet. *whine*
