i think imma get this sinec I already put ring terminals on, I'll have to figure out some way to cut the stock wire and crimp a ring/spade to it though

you shouldnt ever cut or take the stock wire out!!.. the big three is to add wires to help the stock wires with a better path of less resistance....

Why not? I already removed the stock ground and replaced it with 1/0.

leave the stock wires hooked up, most likely its connected to the main harness before it gets to the battery, and you can get brass battery terminals like the ones you want at wal-mart for abt $2 each.

It's a aid to help the stock wiring not a replacement to stock wiring.... and also dont forget to fuse your wire from the batt to alt for the big 3
