Big 3 problem!!!

I ran into a problem. I tried connecting my power wire to the alternator (1/0 gauge). The ring terminal is too big to put around the alternator stud. A red piece of plastic is blocking it. (Ford Crown Vic)

I think it is a pulley or something. I tried cutting it but it is pretty thick.

How bout you kiss my *** and stop dumbing on my thread. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has had this problem before. I will bump this thread until my problem is solved. It is getting dark out and I want to finish before I can't see.

Dumbing your thread? That doesn't make sense though. What do you mean dumbing, I don't know what that means.... No one wants to help you because you want to be spoon fed, and you bump a thread every four minutes. Plus your attitude is horrible. You may keep bumping it, and you may get no help. Besides, you already got help up above. As Bubba posted, it's a pulley, your screwed!
