Big 3 Problem.

So if I want to leave the stock wires disconected, can I do that too? How would it affect the Fuse box? since the fuse box would be disconected too because my positive stock wire meets with my fuse box wire becoming a single wire as is gets close to the battery post.
Also I dont understand why the batterys drained that fast. Was it because I didnt do the Chassis to Engine Block? :[

Leave the stock wires connected as designed.

Your battery draining has nothing to do with the Big3. They only improve your charging system.

How did you drain your battery? With the engine off? How big are your amplifiers? How big is your alternator?

Yes is does. Electricity flows on the path of least resistance yes. But if you have a circuit that consists of all 4g wire for example, and one piece of it is 8g, you cannot get the same flow that goes through the 4g wire to pass through the 8g wire. So it simply sends enough electricty through to pass through that 8g piece, and thats it. I maybe looking at this wrong as far as a circuit goes, but enlighten me on this.

You are wrong. You don't understand the basic theory. Even your example makes no sense.

You are correct that electricity flows though the path of least resistance, HOWEVER, the larger the wire, the less resistance. Keep your sock wiring. It might be going through things you don't see (fuse boxes and stuff). The main flow will go though the upgraded wire.

I dont have nothing installed yet. I have all the eqipment already though. Im trying to finish the electrical before connecting the equipment.(mmats amps, a mmats eq, and using FI SUBS)

I have an EA 180 amp alt. 1/0 wire for the big 3.

The problem with the positive stock wire and fuse box wire is that it doesnt reach my battery post anymore cuz i cut it to short so is it safe to add on wire to it? Do i solder them to the add on wire?

keep the stock wiring!!! electricity will go through both wires and messing with your stock wiring could be a bigger headache then you anticipate!
Ok fine i will keep the stock wires. Do I put a fuse on to the stock wires or just the big 3 wire wich is the wire from alt to battery?
