I've tried searching, but can't seem to turn up a tutorial specific to a 2004-2006 GTO. Anyone know of where I might look?

Any tips on where to buy the wires? Is this a good deal?

You don't need a tutorial. Follow your stock wires from the battery.

It's a basic cca kit. It will be fine but ofc is better.

That kit you are looking at is very poor quality. You want copper cabling, not CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum). Here's a link to some excellent Big 3 kits (from a vendor on this site):

Very high quality kits, pretty nice prices, as well. I'm probably going to pick up a kit tomorrow.
