Better to give midbass 100w w/1% THD or 75w w/.1% THD

I get angry when Im sober
I'm looking at the Image Dynamic midbass drivers and am trying to decide if I should get the 2 or 4 ohm version. I'll be powering them with my Polk/MOMO 4 channel amp, which have the same ratings as in the title (75w@4ohms w/.1% THD+N and 100w@2ohms w/1% THD+N).

Also looking for 4" components, any suggestions. Trying not to spend much more than $200 for em.

2.5 cubic feet per subwoofer not total. Those X's require some room.
