better installation to prevent rattling

when i had my system "tuned," i was a little baffled by the fact that the crossover settings on the amp for the front pair of components (Pioneer TS-C160R's) was turned much higher than the rear. I realized, however, that if I turn the crossover down, the speakers shake like crazy. I had bestbuy do my installation, in a 2003 Audi A4. could a better job have been done because I have no mids in the front at the moment. i wanna know 1. if there's a better method of installing the speakers, assuming mine are freespace installed, and 2. if not, what can i do?
