inspired by bigbangtheory, it's time to upgrade from my pioneer deh6700 (many yers old). i need somethin kick *** with a usb in the front and/or an aux in the front or back, usb more important though

in addition, is there an audible difference btween 4v and 2v preouts??

I have to ask but..... WHY?Would you want it in the front,rear is where it's it.Plus you can have whatever device you are using hidden in the glovebox

Also having a front mounted usb will really limit your choices.

cant you buy a long wire though and run it to the dash or glovebox? I just got my winter beater caravan and I think Im gonna try out one of those cheap *** $200 in dash dvd/cd players with usb in the front

werd i agree 100% on kenwoods usb is faster over my old pioneer.

i see why a front usb would be nice but like mentioned havin a usb cable from the back of deck to ash tray or glove box is easy to hide and easy accessibility. wont havin that memory card stick out like a sore dick get hit and damage either the deck or the card, they are rather long //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

i have the kenwood 592, the USB is VERY user friendly, the only problem is when you scroll it takes a second for the artist to show up. Or does my thumb drive just ****?
