for me the hardest part is getting the roof/panels back together, lol im stupid impatient..Scared that I'll **** up and fry the amp and subs lol. Alot of cash to throw away. Was just looking at wiring diagrams and I I understand it a little bit
Most do it to defeat box rise. You are asking the right questions dude, we all have had these questions in the beginning.Okay. Now may ask why you choose .5 ohm over 1ohm? I just wanna know how much of a difference it would be. Why do some people recommend .5ohm and some 1ohm Sorry. I know how frustrating it can be to deal with noobies but I just wanna make sure I'm buying everything right.
Wiring to .5ohm reduces the margin of error. Your amp is going to to be working harder and in this case the subs will be pushed even further past their rated spec.Okay. Yeah I wish I knew more about electrical and stuff. It's just that I'm putting obviously alot of money into this. I wanna learn and do it right you know? I have a friend who's really smart and actually builds his own woofers but he's busy and can't teach me everything. LolMost do it to defeat box rise. Okay. What size battery should I buy for the 2nd battery. I got xsd3400 under the hood 240amp mechman alt big 3. Gonna be running the 2 x12 with crescendo 4500 and 500 watt 4 channel ampWiring to .5ohm reduces the margin of error. I'm not saying it can't be done. You can still fry the subs at 1 ohm depending on the setup, but here 1ohm is more forgiving than .5.
basically the bigger the better..Okay. What size battery should I buy for the 2nd battery. I got xsd3400 under the hood 240amp mechman alt big 3. Gonna be running the 2 x12 with crescendo 4500 and 500 watt 4 channel amp
id have to see that in person. they both use zenon boards as far as i know the encore should do 4k @ 12 volts and the TS should do 3kw @ 12 volts..Twisted Sounds 3500 is as strong as the encore 4500.
zenon has the NC, RSVC, ZDBUL. the RSVC are the compact designs and the NC are the higher power designs. the ZDBUL4500.1 looks similar to the TS3500.1. id say they are probably similar in output to the cresendo..the encore to use the 5kw NC5000.1 board and honestly it looks a tad better. i cant speak for the internals ill assume your tested them and have more information. I'm contemplating on using zenon but i want something different.. i know for sure the Tw is very strong. it made my prototype **** lol.The TS uses a 4.5k specd zenon board. They dyno 47-4900w...lots of dyno vids on it
The encore is same board as Audio Legion 5k, which is actually stronger because AL uses better components. It dynos more than the encore
