best way to wire these two amps...

ok i have a earthquake phd2 and a earthquake tnt 600

the d2 needs a 4 guage, and the tnt needs 8 guage, so what would be the easiest way to wire these? two seperate power wires from the battery, would that work, or could i run the power wire to the multi channel amp off the cap in line with the sub amp...
