Best way to wire 2 Rockford T1D412's

I have a kenwood KAC-9105D, it does 500W RMS x1@4ohm, and 900W RMS x1@1ohm. The amp is 1 ohm stable. Subs are DVC 4ohm, wondering how i can wire these to get the most out of the subs without really stressing my amplifier too much. Wire them to 1ohm or 4ohm? Thanks!

Do you want 500 watts or 900 watts?

You can run a single positive wire to each positive terminal and run a single negative wire to each negative terminal (both on both subs) to make 1 ohm the easiest way.

Amp + to sub one coil 1 + to coil 2 + to sub two coil 1 + to coil 2 +

Same as above for negative just go negative, not +

How many amps is the alt in your car? Unless it's a Yugo or something you should be fine wiring to 1 ohm with good 4 gauge wire. You're not going to see 900 @ 1 out of that amp anyway.... If you do wire to 4 you'll hardly move the T1's.

I would just wire to one ohm and make sure you set your gain the correct way and there shouldn't be a problem. Or Try it both ways and if there is not a big audible difference just keep it to 4 to make it easyer on the amp

It is STABLE at 1ohm, so it should be just fine, as long as you dont set the gains Maxed out/be conservative while setting the gains,and you should be just fine

i would not wire that amp to one ohm, the fact kenwood rates it 900 at 2 ohms and 900 at one? id stick with 2 ohm or less and my friend learned the hard way wireing it to one ohm on two cvrs and the amp fried in 4 weeks

Question, if i have both of the subs wired to 1ohm at the amp, will the amp see 2 ohms because there is 2 subs at 1ohm? Thanks for all the great answers!
