Best way to secure a ground?

I wish I had a pick of it, but I have 1/0 runs going from my alt ground, front battery ground, and factory body>frame ground to a centralized spot on the frame. Essentially, my frame is like ground zero for anything grounded in the truck. Now, I can ground anything I want to the body and it will be well grounded to the frame, and the alternator.
ok i understand what youre saying now. thanks

just go to a bigger sized screw dude...
Self tapping or what? Thats the thing, its not a threaded hole so if I try to get it too tight it strips,so Im guessing its not the best ground at this point. Can I run a self tapper through the frame and it be secure?

Just thread the hole with a tap.... Then use a bolt that matches the thread. /thread
I dont have one and dont know how the hell to do that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif How about I just drill a hole all the way through and bolt that shit down? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

If you want to, I guess you could, using a tap isn't hard to do at all lol. Any hardware store or home improvement store should have them. If you do go with the drilling method, use loctite on the nut to make sure it doesn't rattle loose.

The location that its in would most likely be hard to tap. I had to use 2 extensions to get a screw in there. and theres not enough slack to move the factory grounds. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look in to it. I know that would probably be the best method if I can get it in there.

Np man, let me know if you can't figure it out, at that point, maybe take some pics? lol
Lol I dont think its even possible to take a pic of that location. Basically its the frame at the bottom of the engine bay almost under the motor. A bunch of **** in the way which makes it a pain to get to. But I'll see what can be done.

Do this, it's the least complicated and quickest way to go about it. Fix it and forget it. Fixadent!
What if I get some of those little blue screws that KOB uses? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif fucker.

if you want a cleaner look, use a threaded rivet with a bolt. i use to use screw but since using threaded rivets, I just find that they look clean and hold a little better with a lock washer and bolt.

ask KOB customs... they are good at grounding

I already mentioned KOFs grounding practices on page 1. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/santa.gif.e1ec9cf2e0a0dd232ad35aa594a126d0.gif
