best way to reattach broken cast aluminum?

I got a USamps md2d with a busted endcap. the little pieces that come off the endcap to screw into the amp are busted off, so i was wondering what you would use to attach them. The only thing i could really think of is sand the area clear of dirt and paint and just get generous with some epoxy. any other ideas?

i thought about welding, but the pieces are pretty **** small. it would hard to have enough precsion an dkeep it lined up with the screw hole that way i think.

Cast materials are VERY hard to weld. Cast aluminum is ridiculously hard. It takes heating the entire part in an oven, and even then its tricky.

Epoxy, JB Weld, or replace the piece. That's about your only realistic options.

Just be ready with a cloth or heavy paper towel to get rid of the excess. Shit hardens quick
