best volume and tuning for L7's

Drive a Chevy trailblazer so I have plenty of room. Got 4 12" L7's, specs for ported are 1.75 min and 3.25 max. So total internal volume would be between 7 and 13 cubes. What do you think would be the best volume and tuning frequency for my vehicle to get max spl but keep an ok sound

do 8 cubes 42hz

I'd do 10ft^3 with a 35-36hz tuning if I were in your shoes.
