Best tweeters on 18RMS

Well you won't even be getting 18w out of the internal amp...I use these tweeters though, and recommend them. They do well off of low power: Vifa XT25SC90-04 1" Dual Ring Radiator Tweeter | 264-1014

I went ahead and bought them, now I'm wondering which crossover to use for them. Any tips?

Just buy a Bass Blocker for a few bucks. Id cross around 3k - 3.5k...
