they are flawed in my opinion and extremly overpriced. anything by any of the companies sound better than the kappa's in my opinion.

You have to respect everyones opinion hear . I see the guy who hates infinity likes a lot of soft sounding tweeters. It may not be as accurate to some especially does **** Bostons. Aren't high hats ear piercing in real life well that's how they should be from speakers not muffled like some people prefer a lot of people give infinty and MB a lot of flack for making there speakers accurate especially on the extreme higher end. Personally you have heard highs untill you sit in front of a pair of Infinity or MB home speakers the same applies to the car the only thing I hear people fault Infinty for is a lack of mid bass I don't know I love horns and a lot of Jazz so I guess I might not see that. And to say JBL isn't a top of the line brand is rediculous you can't measure a speakers ability to produce sound by how much it cost. These aren't Bentleys and Lambo's. Maybe not the best in car audio but preaty **** good and you go tell all the studios that use JBL there not any good trust me you'll get laughed at.

i'm not saying jbl isn't good. in my room i have a 3grand home audio setup all jbl with a yamaha 6.1 receiver, now i only paid 1 grand for it but that would be best buy accom. direct from jbl. the infinity tweet isn't bright at all now the MB tweet is horribly bright and not that great in my opinion. i would honestly say you've never heard of Canton if you have you haven't heard them i don't think anyone aside from audiolife has. they are a sister company of MB exact same mid bass as the QS series just a silk dome tweeter, not to mention i pump mine with 150watts rms and they keep on chirpin. i just don't like titanium tweeters with 100watts rms goin to the componets, i tried the QSD comps. in my kicks then the canton's and my ears hurt like a ***** after hearing the MB's. there is nothing better for noise reproduction than a silk dome tweeter that is just what i've gathered after hearing almost everything out there with the exception of the diamond composite dome tweeter that some company makes.
