Best sub under $100 RMS 150-300 Sealed?

What in your opinion would be the best 12" sub under $100 (I know it's a stretch) for a sealed enclosure in the trunk of a small car like a cavalier set to run from 180-300w rms? I ask because i'm pondering two setups. One is keeping a 4ch rear bridged @ 4ohm @ 180w RMS (so no DVC on that setup) and the other is buying a mono block @ 300ish RMS (just to open up options).

So I just wanna know some brands and models that would be "acceptable" for an all around rock/industrial/techno, more on the sq side, sub.

its not an spl driver, but has great excursion for what it is and gets loud. I had a 10 and it was an awesome driver on all kinds of music

Between the 12" JBL GTO and the Alpine Type S which would you choose? Both are similarly spec'd.
