Best sub for my amp?

All right, this is what I have.......

Funkin Audio MF400

Rated -

400RMS @ 4ohm

700RMS @ 2ohm

from what I have been told.

I am looking for 1 10" sub that I will be able to get the best performance out of my amp and the sub at the same time. I was thinking Type R or Kicker L7, due to the prices and I have owned these before, but wanted to know what else is out there as an option for me.

I know the Type R and the L7 subs will handle everything this amp can give them.
