Xfl for 200 can be found hit up mylows10 or a sa15 but little more expensive and no where near as much power

Obsidian Audio is a great budget friendly "SQL" sub. I owned a v1 15" and it was a great all around sub. Sounded awesome and got plenty loud too! The v2 should be even better and handle a bit more power. Not sure on the exact price, but its under $200.

if you can wait look at c2 audio, they have the presale on the 12" right now for $99, their 15" will be in presale shortly and will be under $150. If you can fit 2 12" get the presale now it will be on your budget and will be louder than 1 15"
