Elemental Designs 13Kv2 = $50, and a good deal at that, regardless of your opinion of the company, nice sub for cheapola. Then get a refurb Cadence FXA-3001 (500wrms@2ohms) for $60 shipped off Ebay. Instant budget setup that will still probably rock harder than your friends' walmart and CC setups...
