Best SQ subwoofer for around 200?

I'm looking for a 12' SQ subwoofer for around 200. It doesn't really matter if it's 2 ohm or 4 ohm. I just want something with great SQ. It doesnt have to get super loud. 300+ RMS would be fine. Could you also suggest an amp to go with it? Thanks.
