Best SQ 12"??

I have a hifonics 1600 watt amp and I want to put two 12" or maybe 10" in my grand marquis. Right now I'm looking at Arsenals, Rl-Ps and Type-Rs. I am most interested in SQ but of course I want it to be loud, Im open to other suggestions my budjet is like less then $400.... Right now I have two older allum 10" eclipses im guessing like 350rms each so gotta be much better then them..
